Today we’re introducing a redesigned Integrations page in your account settings that gives you the ability to audit and control the third party applications that have been granted access to the data in your church's Planning Center account by your administrators.
Planning Center’s open API enables seamless integration between your Planning Center account and third-party products, such as Clearstream or MultiTracks. Any of your administrators can authorize these integrations, allowing the third party to access and potentially modify any of the data that the user can see.
Sometimes an Organization Administrator might not want their church’s data to be shared with a certain third party, or to at least know all of the third parties with which their data is being shared. That’s where the new Integrations page comes in.
From Account Settings, navigate to the Integrations tab where you will see all of the connected third party applications, and a list of the users who have made those connections.
If you decide to disconnect someone’s connection to a third party app, they will receive a notification letting them know.
The eagle eyed amongst you may notice that we’ve also combined the previous Integrations and Add-ons tabs into one place. This should make it easier to find the third party integration that you’re looking for.
